Junker Detonation!

Don’t you always feel as though when you take two steps forward you always get shoved back a step, or someone/something stops you from walking? That’s what has happened to me recently. I re-auditioned to get into the music department here at Towson and got in! I was so ecstatic about that I completely forgot about my truck that was sitting in an auto shop parking lot where the mechanic and their technicians refused to work on it because of its ‘hazardous conditions.’ Well, you might be wondering where the second step comes into play. I also finally got a job here. It’s about 10 to 12 minutes away from school at a Doggy Daycare. It’s something small but it’s something that will get me a couple extra dollars in my bank account to go to buying a new vehicle or something. Oh but wait… how am I to get to work without a vehicle? Grrrr! My dad and I have been working on trying to find a cheap truck or something to hold me by until I get some money for a legitimate vehicle. It’s been kind of hard with him being in Indiana and me being here in Maryland and trying to figure this stuff out but for the time that it’s been since the truck detonated, I think we’re doing really well so far. I’m also trying to find a salvage yard here close to school or around Baltimore to sell my junker. Oh well, such is life. Lessons get learned. You move on. It seems to constantly be two steps forward and one step back. Well, hopefully I can pick that one step back up and keep walking for miles. Thanks for listening. Happy hump day!
