New job/Fun summer

Here we are, out of school and along another summer path. Every summer I have done something 98% different than what I did the past summer. The other 2% is working at the same place for two weeks. I recently resigned from the Falls Road Doggie Day care, not because of the job itself but because of some of the employees. Beyond that, I received my last check this past Friday and have moved on to bigger and better. After talking it over a couple weeks ago on the trunk of my car and the hood of Jessica Ross’s car, TJ, Caroline, Jess and I came to the conclusion that it would be a good idea to work for Caroline’s neighbor who owns a flower shop. I called and set up an interview and was asked to come back and work with them. I cannot tell you how amazing this job has been. Unfortunately, I can only be there for 7 to 8 more weeks. The gist of the job is to be creative with wedding/funeral/party arrangements, clean, organize, set-up/tear-down weddings and enjoy all forms of flowers and greenery. Apparently, this past weekend was an extremely busy weekend at the shop, I worked a full 11 hour shift yesterday and another 8 hour shift today setting up and tearing down weddings. I cannot explain how beautiful this job is. Oh, and the places I get to go and the things I have been able to see in just two days. If anyone from Baltimore is reading this, you might have heard of the Engineers Club in Mt.Vernon or possibly have been in the St. Ignatius Rectory. These are two very beautiful places. I also went to the Swan Harbor Farm close to Havre De Grace for a nautical wedding. We also had a Jewish wedding at 1840s Ballroom in downtown Baltimore today. It was an experience. Here are pictures from all three weddings.

Thanks for reading my blurbs by the way. I’ll have more wedding shots later on throughout the summer. I hope everyones vacations are going well. Enjoy every day as if it’s your last. =)
