Well, It’s the night before the main audition. If you’ve been reading the blog, you’ll know that I didn’t make it in to the music department here at Towson so I’m re-auditioning. That date is finally here. I’ve been taking private lessons, practicing my lil rump off and trying to get my dang scales down. Yeah, of course I’m nervous out of my mind. People keep asking me “What if you don’t get in … again?” and to be honest, I don’t know what I’ll do. Tomorrow is really a BIG day for me. Getting into the music department here at Towson is such an achievement for me and something that I have been working hard for. Well, here’s to hoping for a fabulous audition *cheers*.
Good news… I was stopped by Mr. M (Towson University Marching Band director) and was informed that I can audition for Drum Major for this upcoming marching season. I am PUMPED! So, I’m going to do it. I’m almost done with my application and Monday it will get handed in.
