Done...Now what?

Thanksgiving is done and past. Now there is Christmas and New Years to look forward to. What else is there to look forward to? In my case, finals are coming up, as well is moving over to Maryland. This past Thanksgiving was very memorable with the different food that I got to eat and the different places TJ and his family took me. I know I'm writing a little late about Thanksgiving but I got bored and wanted to write some about it. TJs mom and dad took him and I out to a restaurant on the north side of Baltimore named Frazier's on the Avenue. It was amazing. I have never eaten mussels before and for the first time, I got to taste mussels. Glenda [TJs mom] said "either you like them or you don't," well, I think I'm that one person that is in between because I liked certain parts of it and not the others. The small crunch that you get when you bite down as well as the juicy slim-like texture that accompanies it kind of set of some weird alarm in my head like... "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?" It tasted wonderful, but the texture was something else. We didn't get to eat crabs this round but here in about 4 to 5 weeks I get to have some after I move.

The other place that they took me was to a street in the same neighborhood as the restaurant that we ate at that was very lit up. Here is a picture of the street. Apparently, the street used to be completely full for two to three blocks. Also, according to TJs mom and dad, the whole entire town used to take part in the Christmas light decoration.

Today just seems to be one of those laid back, cuddly with your lover in front of the fireplace kind of days. The day has been very boring too. I woke up at about 8:45 and got ready for Masterworks Chorale rehearsal which was from 10am to 1:15pm. Afterwards I got food and went back to my room to eat it while playing Roller coaster Tycoon III. Yeah, geek... oh well. I love it. I won't bore you anymore. I hope you have a beautiful night.
